To transform the Agriculture into a Sustainable Enterprise, Government has recently taken 3 recent landmark decisions for the benefit of farming community. In this Sector, these reforms will empower farmers through greater market access and expanded opportunities for commercial outcomes. By eliminating the APMC monopoly, the bills do away with the long-standing challenge of middlemen. These will further motivate APMCs to be more effective and efficient in providing cost effective services to farmers for efficient marketing of their produce towards improving their income

In further steps towards self reliance in agriculture, the flagship scheme of the Govt i.e. National Agriculture Market (e-NAM), is an innovative initiative in agricultural marketing which enhance farmers accessibility digitally to multiple number of markets & buyers and bring transparency in price discovery mechanism and price realization based on quality of produce.

The Chamber will assist, in all possible ways, to promote the recent reforms by the Govt with concerned stake holders and will disseminate the newsletters, circulars, reports, and other related materials among its members for their benefit.
