Established as non-commercial organisation, non-governmental, fundamental aim of AGCCI is to Assist Self Reliant India or Atmanirbhar Bharat as envisaged in the Hon’ble Prime Minister Vision announced last year, by following the guidelines, instructions and initiatives announced under Atmanirbhar Abhiyan.
The founding members of AGCCI had realised that, in spite of continued economic uncertainty brought about by the pandemic, there are still bright spots of business growth to promote, develop and further the economic well-being of business community by providing a collective voice in advocacy to represent and protect members' interests quality services to help members enhance their competitiveness and succeed in their businesses thereby contributing significantly to the economic progress of our country.
The main objective of AGCCI is to create proper business environment and for their welfare, AGCCI will hold regular dialogues with government will provide feedback, and help fine-tune policies and legislations affecting business practices.
The other important objective of the Chamber is to exchange views, ideas and expectations among various local business members with foreign businessmen, traders, exhibitors, industry leaders.
The Chamber pledges to provide relevant business information to members such as information on business opportunities, technological advancements, government rules and regulations, etc. and conduct market surveys and economic research and circulate findings to members.
AGCCI plans to operate a business matching center to provide services such as arranging buyer-seller meetings, providing facilities and secretarial services for meetings between business visitors and its members.
AGCCI team comprises of experienced business persons and office bearers of vast experience in dealing with commercial matters of every kind in India and foreign countries, having served in senior diplomatic assignments in different Missions abroad for a considerable period.
